Fred is a seasoned lead architect/project manager/designer with substantial hands on experience in design and management of the design process (including interior design), with a focus on the critical need for quality communication throughout the design and building process.

Fred's diversified 25 plus years of experience working as an architect for schools, banks and a variety of other institutional and corporate clients, gives APR's current and future clients the sound project and business management experience that comes only with time and a diversity of project experience.
