Independent Living Apartment Addition At King's Grant Retirement Community

This project involved the addition of 30 new Independent Living Apartments, a new Wellness Center, a new indoor pool, a satellite dining area and a laundry area. Four different apartment plans were developed to offer a variety of selection and features, ranging from 450 s.f. to 1,400 s.f. in area. A variety of plan options are offered within each of these four unit plans as well.
The integration of the Wellness Center into this project allows for a wellness program to be offered to the entire community.
The outside appearance of the building offers a new focal point to the entire facility and will further enhance the upscale appearance of the overall development.
