Proposed Landmark at Bluestone Condominiums
Harrisonburg, VA
A twenty-four unit, 2600 s.f. per unit, custom condominium complex, designed to take advantage of the views from its elevated site on the east side of Harrisonburg. Each unit was designed for three bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, master suite and a private balcony. Two four-story wings were separated by a clubhouse, a pool and exercise room. Each condominium unit will have a private enclosed garage. Each wing is equipped with an elevator and two sets of stairs.
APR Associates worked as Architect for Nielsen Builders, as part of a design/build team to develop the concept, build a model, work through zoning variances and develop construction documents for this project.
