APR Associates worked with the Rockingham Group initially to master plan their existing facility with a focus on interior space planning and the addition of an exterior atrium/entry with an elevator for increased accessibility.
They were interested in investigating the opportunities for complete mechanical and electrical system upgrades.
This involved reviewing the current facility loads, code analysis, system designs and recommendations.
Interior renovations included complete space planning in order to create an open office environment improving light and circulation.
The atrium addition improved circulation throughout the entire facility.
