Additions & Renovations To
W. W. Robinson Elementary School
SHENANDOAH COUNTY, VA
This 28,300 s.f. Addition to the existing school includes 21 new classrooms, gymnasium and an athletic equipment storage area. The classrooms each contain 800 s.f. and were custom designed with the staff to include a computer/technology corner, student storage, teacher storage, counter space with a sink and cabinets, windows to the exterior and a Telecenter V inter-communications system.
The design of these additions was carefully integrated with the site design, as the site was constricted by sloping topography and the service drive area.
