nTelos Shenandoah Village CORPORATE offices
The third floor of the corporate office building required new space planning to accommodate the all the employee reorganization and a separation to create two separate areas. About forty percent of the interior of the floor was demolished and rebuilt with high end finishes and furniture for the executive office suite for nTelos Wireless Corporation. The remaining portion of the floor was reorganized for the company changes and to organize the multiple other departments. New finishes were selected and installed throughout the floor with furniture updated.

WHSV Television Broadcasting Studio & Offices
APR Associates worked together with the City of Harrisonburg, the Harrisonburg Redevelopment & Housing Authority, and WHSV-TV Management to relocate their broadcasting studio into this new 18,000 square foot building in downtown Harrisonburg, Virginia. The project integrated their management, sales and news divisions into a comprehensive studio broadcast facility and designed the building to be compatible to and sensitive to the surrounding environment. Additional interdisciplinary design work coordinated the structural, communication, electrical and roofing design to create a roof platform for WHSV's multi satellite dish array. A subsequent project added the higher independent satellite dish platform.
