These Charleston inspired townhomes have custom interior and exteriors designed for the individual buyer. The townhomes range from 1800 to 2200 square feet. A unit consists of a main and upper level along with a bonus basement, plus a two car garage connected to the townhome through a courtyard and conditioned breezeway.
Massanutten Resort Casa & Luxury Timeshares at woodstone meadows
For the Woodstone Meadows area at Massanutten Resort two different but coordinating style buildings were designed to be mixed throughout the surrounding golf course. APR Associates worked with engineers to layout this forty-five building and growing subdivision.
Wellington Townhomes
As part of the Towns at Wellington Park these multi-building townhomes include two-story individual units of 1,540 square foot each. Basements were included where topography allowed. Each building from six to ten units was customized to fit the topography of its specific location on the site to optimize the economics of the building process relative to the natural slop of the lot.
